2.3. To provide you with safe and stable SocialEpoch website services

We will not transfer your User information to any company, organization or individual except in the following cases:

3.3.2. Provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, requirements of legal procedures, mandatory administrative or judicial requirements.

In case of merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation between SocialEpoch and other legal entities, or other merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation, if user information transfer is involved, we will require the new company or organization holding your user information to continue to be bound by this policy, otherwise we will require the company, organization or individual to seek authorization from you again. Under the following circumstances, the sharing, transfer and public disclosure of your user information do not require prior authorization from you:

4.1.2. You are responsible for the legality of the source, content and processing data of your users' business data. SocialEpoch urges you to carefully judge the legality of the source, content and processing data, and to obtain personal consent or government permission, filing or evaluation required for processing such data in accordance with the law. You shall bear all the results and responsibilities caused by the violation of laws and regulations, departmental rules or national policies by the source and content of your user business data and the processing of your user business data.

4.1.3. As agreed by you and SocialEpoch, SocialEpoch stores user business data in the data center of your choice. SocialEpoch adheres to its commitment to the security of its users and protects users' data stored in SocialEpoch's data centers in accordance with applicable laws.

4.2. Public information

4.2.1. Public Information means any information that you share publicly and that can be viewed or accessed by anyone while using or not using the SocialEpoch Services. For example, you post on the SocialEpoch Developer forum.


Ⅴ. How do you manage your user information

5.1. Query, correct and supplement

5.1.1. You can log in to SocialEpoch to query, manage (change, delete or supplement) the basic business information (basic information) and contact information submitted when using SocialEpoch Services through [Personal Account - Personal Data].

5.2. Copy
